ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for a bilingual (FR/NL) Service Delivery Manager knowing ITIL and AIM. The work involves developing service offerings, describing processes and negotiating SLA’s with external suppliers. You need to be certified in ITIL and have at least 6 years of experience. You have a good knowledge of SOA and AIM. Experience with IAM, Front Office and IT Infrastructure are useful.
We want a team player with good negotiation skills. You will advise the customer on how to improve their service delivery and their architecture. You will also interface with ‘partners’ of our customers and advise them on the use and content of the services offered.
