Technical Consultant Document Management
bij I.R.I.S. in Louvain-la-Neuve
To participate in the technical implementation of small- or/and large-scale document management projects, in order to offer clients efficient solutions that meet their needs.
-Proceeding alone or in a team with the implementation of projects of every kind, from the analysis phase, via the installation and the configuration/programming, to the testing of the installed solutions.
-Planning his or her own activities in order to comply with the predefined timing and budget in the scope of the projects and reporting on the progress of his or her activities to the Team Leaders and the Project Managers.
-Representing I.R.I.S. to clients and maintaining cordial relations with the various players, internal or external, involved in the projects.
-Supporting Account Managers during their analysis of clients requirements and providing them with pertinent technical arguments for the drafting of optimal offers.
-Making standard demonstrations on customer premises in order to present the range of potential solutions.
PROFILE :
-Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Sciences.
-0 - 2 years experience in the IT sector.
-General knowledge of infrastructure, databases, operating systems, programming.
-Good team spirit, service minded, rigorous.
-Good knowledge of the national languages and English.
-Driving license B and mobile to visit customers.
