Provide quality plans, service level agreements, quality assessments
Risk analysis
Experience/expertise
Very good knowledge of UML and RUP methodology
Expert knowledge and business and functional analysis
Expert knowledge and advice about how to design and formally specify, execute and monitor information exchange between IT systems
Knowledge of relational database, web application (Java), XSD/XML
Linguistic Skills
Good knowledge of English and French (speaking and writing)
